Every job starts the same way: we find out what is actually wrong. That means getting on the roof when it is safe, going into the attic with a flashlight, and taking photos of what we find. We show you those photos before we talk about price, so you can see the cracked boot, the lifted flashing, or the soft decking for yourself. Then we explain the options in plain terms, including when a small repair is all you need.

The roofers who come to your house are our crews. We do not sell the job and hand it to someone else. Our bids list each part of the work: what comes off, what goes on, the flashing, the venting, a per-sheet price for any decking that has to change, and cleanup. When the work is done, we haul everything away, sweep the yard for nails, and walk the finished roof with you.

Most of our work is on houses: leak repairs, wind and tree damage, flashing and valley repairs, moss removal, and full replacements. We install architectural composite shingles, standing seam metal, and cedar shake, and we convert worn shake roofs to composite. We handle low-slope sections like porch roofs and additions with membrane systems such as torch-down. We also work on gutters, attic ventilation and insulation, skylights, and the fascia and soffits that hold everything together at the roof edge.

Beyond single-family homes, our crews roof manufactured homes, detached garages, shops and barns on rural lots, multi-family buildings, and small commercial properties. Each type has its own details.
