Information, not a quote

The articles, warning signs, tools and price ranges on this site are general information. Prices are typical ranges for the Vancouver and Portland area, not quotes or offers. Every roof is different, and your price is set only after we inspect the roof and agree on the work in writing.

The leak finder and other tools

Tools like the roof leak finder give likely answers based on common patterns. They are not a diagnosis. Do not climb onto a roof to check anything yourself; a wet or icy roof is dangerous.

Calls and call forwarding

Our phone line is answered 24/7. When every crew is already on a job, a call may be forwarded to another local roofer so you are not left waiting. Any work done by another company is between you and that company.
